Ways to Order

Order Online:  You may order online through our secure server by selecting any product from one of the categories listed on the left, and then selecting the "Add to Cart" button.  Please note:  if your credit card does not go through, and you know that your account does contain sufficient funds, the reason may be that your bank does not give authorization codes for online processing.  In this case, please either use another card or place your order by phone or fax (see below).  

Order by Mail:  If you would prefer not to order online, you may print our order form and mail it with a credit card authorization, check, or money order to The Green Willow Tree, 34 Rocky Ridge Rd. Asheville, NC  28806.

Fax Your Order:  You may print our order form and fax it with your credit card information to 1-208-330-2445.  If your fax does not immediately go through, please press #2 on your keypad.

Order By Phone:  You may also place your order by telephone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 877-968-4337 (toll free) or 828-665-3095. Phone orders will be processed and shipped promptly.

Payment

If you wish to pay by check or money order, you must send us an order by mail. (International customers use an international bank check or money order in US funds.) If you would like to pay by credit card, you may use Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, and you may order by any of the methods above (fax, phone, or online ordering).  The billing charge on your credit card statement will appear as "The Green Willow Tree".  Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

Shipping Charges

All domestic orders will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. All Canadian and other International Shipping will be by USPS Airmail, unless other arrangements are directly made with The Green Willow Tree, or unless you choose to insure an international parcel (see section on International Shipping below).

International Shipping

International Customers:  We mail all parcels through the US postal service, and in general you will find our shipping costs to be very reasonable. See the Table above for the shipping costs for your order, which will be computed based on the cost of your order. This keeps our costs much lower than those of most other companies. All international orders except Canada must choose the International Rate.

However, please note that we are not able to guarantee the arrival of international shipments, unless you choose to have them insured.  This is due to the fact that we have found a considerable variance in the reliability of postal services in different countries. Insuring your international parcel will generally add about $10 to 20 to the cost of an average order, more for large orders. In practice, we have rarely if ever had a parcel lost to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, or to most other European countries. If you wish to have your international parcel insured, please email us and we will add the cost of insurance to your order. This will entail a separate and additional charge to your credit card.

Policy on shipping DHEA and HGH: In many countries, these hormones are controlled substances and cannot be obtained without a prescription. Green Willow Tree cannot be responsible for ascertaining the law in your particular country. If you wish to order products containing DHEA and HGH, then you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any possible legal problems which might occur or for the possible seizure of your order by your country's Customs Department. All shipments will be declared as "Dietary Supplements" or "Topical Creams".

Again, we are sorry but if you do not choose to insure your order and you do not receive it for any reason, we cannot refund your money or replace your order. We have had very few orders lost to the UK or to Europe, New Zealand, or Australia, but it does happen occasionally. Email us about international insurance.

In recent months, we have had a number of parcels rejected by the Customs departments of various countries. Apparently, this is due to new and restrictive legislation governing the sale of dietary supplements and natural hormones. Before ordering, we encourage you to ascertain the law in your particular country. We also encourage our international friends to work towards changing such legislation. If your parcel is rejected by Customs and returned to us, we will refund you for the cost of the returned products once we receive them. However, again please note that we cannot guarantee any refunds unless you choose to have your parcel insured.

Returns Policy

In our search for the best products, we buy from a large number of manufacturers, many of whom do not have a return policy.  Therefore, unless otherwise noted on the product description, refunds will be issued only on unopened products returned within 60 days of the date of sale. Shipping charges are a service and are not refundable.  Please email us if you need further clarification.

As a reminder to International customers, we cannot guarantee the arrival of international parcels unless you choose to have your parcel insured. See the International Shipping section for more information on our shipping and insurance policies. Please email us if you need further clarification.

Wholesale orders

We are not a manufacturer, so we are unable to wholesale products from any of suppliers; however we will be happy to issue quantity discounts.
