For those suffering from true adrenal stress and exhaustion, we recommend Adrenal Aide. After an initial course of Adrenal Aide, we recommend a maintainence regimen of Sub-Adrene. Both contain pure Adrenal Cortex Extract (bovine) in the form of sublingual drops for superior absorption, but Sub-Adrene is a little milder for better maintainence control. When the adrenal glands become exhausted due to prolonged stress or other factors, they require rest and nutrition for rejuvenation.
