Before initial dose, depress pump spray 4-5 times to prime. Hold KingBio's medically metered pump spray right up to your lips very close to mouth and spray one dose under your tongue. Doses should be taken orally and held under the tongue for 30 seconds, then swallowed. Holding the formula under the tongue provides faster absorption as well as faster results.

Since our body has unique requirements, optimal dosages can vary with each individual.
For General Prevention, one adult dose weekly.
For High-risk monthly treatment: Take one dose daily.
For Flu treatment: begin with 6 to 8 doses per day and cut in half when symptoms are lessened by half. Continue with one dose a week after symtpoms are gone. You need not worry about excess dosing producing any toxic side effects. The important thing is to establish the appropriate dose until results occur and vary the dose according to symptomatic change. If there are no results, gradually increase the dose frequency until symptoms begin to clear. Taking more than the recommended dosage at one time will not add additional therapeutic value. As symptoms do begin to clear, reduce the frequency accordingly.
For best results, take doses anytime between meals at least 10 minutes or more before or after eating or brushing teeth. Whenever possible, allow a few minutes between doses when taking more than one KingBio Natural Medicine formula.
In addition to oral use, KingBio Natural Medicine formulas can be externally applied when appropriate.
