2.0 oz spray bottle. Formula contains equal volumes of each ingredient in 10X, 30X, and LM1 potencies in a pure water base.

Dosage: One adult dose is 3 sprays; one child dose is 2 sprays; an infant dose is 1 spray. Take one dose 2 to 6 times a day until symptoms improve.

Before initial dose, depress pump spray 4-5 times to prime. Hold KingBio's medically metered pump spray right up to your lips very close to mouth and spray one dose under your tongue. Doses should be taken orally and held under the tongue for 30 seconds, then swallowed. Holding the formula under the tongue provides faster absorption as well as faster results. For best results, take doses between meals or at least 10 minutes or more away from meals. Allow a minimum of 10 minutes between doses if taking more than one KingBio product.
Since your body has unique requirements, optimal dosages can vary with each individual. For general use, one adult dose 3 times per day is a 120-day supply. Although you may start with a dosage more than 3 times a day, you will most commonly lessen the dosage as symptoms improve and finish with a dosage of less than 3 times a day. This will vary according to individual needs.
You need not worry about excess dosing producing any side effects. The important thing is to establish a consistent dose until results occur and varying the dose according to symptomatic need. If there are no results, gradually increase the dosage frequency until symptoms begin to clear. As symptoms do begin to clear, reduce the dosage frequency accordingly. If there are no results within a few days to a week search for other natural medicines or consult your physician.
