International Customers: 

We mail most of our parcels through the US Postal Service, and in general you will find our shipping costs to be very reasonable. See the table above for the shipping costs for your order, which must be computed based on the cost of your order.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we are not able to guarantee the arrival of international shipments, unless you choose to have them insured. If you do not insure your parcel and it fails to arrive, we cannot re-ship your order free of charge or issue you a refund. Insurance will entail an additional charge to your order. For more information, please read our International Shipping section. If you wish to have your international parcel insured, please email us and we will add the cost of insurance to your order.

 Policy on shipping Progesterone, DHEA, and HGH:  In many countries, these are controlled substances and cannot be obtained without a prescription.  The Green Willow Tree cannot be responsible for ascertaining the law in your particular country.  If you wish to order products containing Natural Progesterone, DHEA, and/or HGH, then you do so at your own risk.  We are not responsible for any possible legal problems which might occur or for the possible seizure of your order by your country's Customs Department.  All shipments will be declared as "Dietary Supplements" or "Topical Creams".    
Returns Policy:  We deal with a large number of different manufacturers, many of whom do not have return policies.  Therefore, unless otherwise noted in the product description, refunds will be issued only on unopened products returned within 60 days of the date of sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
